If its a product quote: Yes
If service, then actually, we need to look at your facility to properly quote you. Without seeing it, we could either overcharge or undercharge you. There are too many variables and only by us actually seeing what is at your site and what you need can we analyze it.
Are you Insured and Bonded?
Yes, of course we are! We have combined limits of liability of Two Million Dollars. Our employees are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance and are Bonded.
If we hire you, do we need to supply anything?
We supply EVERYTHING. The only thing you would pay extra for is towels, soap and toilet tissue. We do have package deals that would include those too.
Why Hire us as opposed to a Franchise group?
Simple answer...we know who has your keys, WE DO! If there is ever a problem, and you need us for an emergency cleanup, we know our employees have the keys, and how to get in touch with them. Our employees are OUR EMPLOYEES! They work for us, not someone else. If you ever have a problem, we know who to go and see, with some companies, they don't even know who does the cleaning at the facility.
